Do I get editable files or just final artwork?
You get both: final files (PDF, PNG, JPG) ready to use, editable files (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) so you can make minor changes yourself, and print-ready files for your printer.
What file formats will I receive?
Digital use: PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP. Print: high-res PDF, CMYK, with crop marks. Web: optimised for all screen sizes. Editable: Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai), or Figma file.
Can you design based on my existing brand?
Yes. If you already have brand colours, fonts, and guidelines, we’ll design within that system. If you want to evolve your brand, we can do that too.
What if I need changes after the project is complete?
We include a 30-day revision period at no extra cost. After that, ongoing design changes fall under our hourly rate or a retainer package.
